How to submit a deletion request

1. Send an email from an address you can access to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line Tivo Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the phone number registered with your Tivo account and your country or region. Do not include your password, OTP, or other sensitive financial information in the email.
4. We may contact you using the registered account details to verify that you own the account.
5. After verification, we will process the request and send a confirmation to the email address used for the request.

Data deleted with your account

Subject to successful verification and applicable retention requirements, the request covers personal data associated with the account, including:

• Account profile, phone number, email address, and user ID
• Saved EMI calculations and comparison history
• Repayment schedule and reminder preferences
• Location, device, financial SMS summary, and app activity data linked to the account
• Customer support requests linked to the account

Data that may be retained

Some fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, audit, and compliance records may be retained when required by applicable law or a regulator. Access to retained records is restricted, and they are not used for advertising. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems. Records subject to a legal retention requirement are deleted or anonymized when that requirement ends.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires additional time, we will notify you. Deleting an account is permanent and may prevent access to account history and services.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You may use the same email process to request deletion of specific personal data. Tell us which data you want deleted. We will honor the request where permitted by law and where the data is not required to provide an active service.
